Ugobe named it Pleo, a robotic Camarasaurus, known to compete with the existing market shared by Aibo (Sony), Fubry (Hasbro), and Robosapien (Wow Wee Ltd.). Pleo is customizable and you can load different personalities into it. I like the fact that Pleo can learn and configure itself to suit our mood. Smooth movement and appropriate reactions when touched make it more attractive to me. Wired said price of Pleo has risen from $199 to $250 due to production cost and complexities, but i hope it won’t be too high to get one.
